What’s in this 14 Day Detox ?

My 14 Day Detox and its benefits continued……

FIRST 10 DAYS:
Every morning  take 2 tablespoons of pure virgin olive oil in an empty stomach and the juice of one grapefruit freshly squeezed .

  • Morning: drink an organic apple juice every hour.
  • Lunch: legumes (beans, chickpeas, peas etc.); brown rice or quinoa; steamed vegetables and salad. You may add a small piece of avocado
  • For snacks  if hungry, take one handful of almonds, walnuts, cashews or one fruit.
  • Dinner: vegetable soup
  • Agua throughout the day

LET’S START PREPPING.

The main thing to succeed is to prepare in advance.
I took one day before starting the detox to prepare:

  • Vegetable soup for 3 to 4 days
  • Brown rice and black garbanzo beans for 3-4 days
  • Have vegetables for the salad ready: cucumber, mixed lettuce, radish or any vegetable.

For the apple juice you need:

  • 5-6 small organic apples daily
  • Juicer
  • Glass containers if you need to take the juices to work
  • Ice packs and a cooler
