Grilled & Raw Vegetable Salad

Don’t settle for bland foods, eating healthy and eating to lean out doesn’t mean you have to opt for BORING MEALS!!!!!!!!!
We Live Once….. Food should be enjoyable, tasty, delicious, and at the same time good for your body and your soul.

Anything that comes into your body stays there, and that’s what’s going to drive you to your best life ever; be wise on your choices on what to eat, sit, enjoy and chew them slowly.

Recipe of the week:

Grilled & Raw Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:
• ½ medium sweet onion grilled
• Mushrooms grilled
• 2 small carrots sliced and grilled
• Mixed leafy organic greens (romaine, arugula, spinach, etc)
• Fresh cilantro chopped
• 2 organic hard boiled eggs sliced or slices of chicken breast
• ½ small avocado
• 1 small cut tomato
• ¼ cup Sprouted beans
• 2 small radishes sliced (optional)
• Some sliced almonds

Dressing:
• 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
• ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
• Salt and pepper
• ½ package of stevia (optional)
• 1 tablespoon Olive oil
