Here is a snack idea, could be for breakfast, for the run when nothing is available, you will grab one put it on your purse and GO!!!
It will take minutes to make them and they are YUMIII!!!!
12 organic egg whites (1 box egg whites)
2 whole organic eggs
3 packages of stevia
5 tablespoon of fat free cottage cheese
2 ¼ cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats
1 small bananas (optional)
1st eggs; cinnamon; bananas, cottage & stevia
2nd add the oats mix, and blend
Spray with fat free oil, a small round pan, put heat on medium; pour some of the mix; cover until it dries out (1mn aprox.) and then turn it.
Let them cool out and store them in a Ziploc bag on the refrigerator or on the freezer.
Makes aprox. 8-9 pancakes
Or you can make a cake:
Add ½ tspoon of baking powder to the mix.
Spray with pam 1 or 2 rectangular aluminum cooking pans.
Pour the mix. You can add some shredded almonds and/or some raisins, cranberries to the mix (optional). Bake at 350 x 15-20mn.
